In collaboration with our client, we set out to embody a brand not only in form, but in feeling. A culture carried through generations, now brought to life through movement, sound, and space. Our role was to translate essence into experience. To distill the values of a century into moments that could be felt, remembered, and shared.

The journey began with a single question. What makes a brand beloved, not just known? From this, we shaped a concept and scenographic world that honored KLM’s story of heritage, connection, and forward motion.

Over the span of ten days, seventy thousand guests, clients, and employees were immersed in this living narrative. The set became a vessel for memory. The show a reflection of pride. Each act revealed another facet of identity, from innovation to loyalty, from craftsmanship to flight.

As Experience Conductor, we led the vision from its first breath to final applause. Guiding the creative arc, managing the full show team, and bringing together design, storytelling, and production into one cohesive expression. This was not just an event. It was a declaration. A soaring tribute to what it means to belong to something larger than oneself.
