Inspired by the poetic philosophy of the Four Noble Plants, this immersive experience reimagined the artist’s life as a cycle of becoming. From the tender ambition of youth to the quiet grace of mastery, each season revealed a chapter of transformation.
Spring opened with curiosity and bloom, summer pulsed with full expression, autumn brought reflection and depth, and winter distilled it all into a single note of truth. As Creative Director, the journey was composed as a living tableau of emotion. Each scene followed an invisible current, shaped through light, movement, music, and scenography. Not images, but atmospheres emerged. No gesture was arbitrary.
Every detail, from the scent in the room to the silence between notes, was chosen to echo the inner arc of the story. This was not a show, but a ritual in four parts. A reflection on time, artistry, and the quiet nobility of becoming. Remembered not in words, but in the feeling it left behind. Commissioned by MCI The Netherlands
